RULES (READ BEFORE ANYTHING!)

MileyRaySource was made for fans to sign up and login and post as many messages as you wish
but to do that you must first follow the following rules.

• Advertising sites is allowed on MRS but only where you are supposed to. If a member PMs you and is advertising REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY. Or in there Signature, again not allowed. The only places to advertise is in the board SPAM and in your profile where it says "Website".

• If you post stuff on celeb. boards do not post any cuss words just kindly do not post anything
  or if you don't like any celebs why bother to join?

• Sexual stuff on this website is not allowed this is called 'online dating' if anyone catches you doing
  this you will get banned IMMEDIATELY.

• Personal info is not allowed on this forum. Phone Numbers, addresses, or anything like that is not
  allowed.

• Bashing is never allowed, bashing celebs, members or anyone will just lead you to an immediate ban.

If you see anyone doing any of these things please report them so be a lookout.

Warning System:

2 Warnings- Ban for 3 days
3 warnings - Ban for 5 days
5 warnings - Ban for 7 days
7 warnings - Ban permanently
